Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated September 30, 2026

Version 2026-09-30

These terms govern participation in the DealWorthIt Affiliate Program. By selecting the acceptance checkbox and submitting an application, you agree to this version of the terms. The Affiliate Program is a referral program, separate from DealWorthIt’s white-label partnership offering.

1 Applying and joining

Existing users may apply from Affiliate Program in their account. New users may create a DealWorthIt account and then apply. You do not need a paid DealWorthIt subscription to apply, refer customers after approval, or request a cash withdrawal.

Applications require admin approval. Submitting an application or receiving an invitation does not guarantee acceptance. Your referral link and affiliate tools become available only after approval. Admin and Super Admin accounts are not eligible to participate.

Participation is currently available only to individuals residing in the United States and businesses based in the United States. Eligibility concerns residence or business location, not citizenship. Other countries are not currently supported.

Provide accurate account and application information and keep it up to date. You must have authority to agree to these terms for yourself or the organization you represent.

2 Qualifying referrals and attribution

A qualifying referral is a new customer who signs up within 90 days of a valid click on your approved referral link and makes their first eligible subscription payment within 90 days of signing up.

When more than one valid referral link is used before signup, the last valid click receives attribution. Attribution is fixed at signup; later clicks do not transfer an existing account to another affiliate. Use the referral link provided in your account. Tracking must be recorded successfully for a referral to be attributed.

Self-referrals, referrals between active members of the same team, staff accounts, and referrals that share a billing customer or a verified payment identity are not eligible. Creating duplicate accounts or manipulating tracking to claim a referral is prohibited.

3 Commission rate and earning period

Approved affiliates earn 25% recurring commission. The performance tier earns 30% after six qualified new paying subscription accounts in the preceding 90 days. A customer must complete 30 consecutive days of paid active service. Trials, free accounts, additional seats, wallet activity, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and refunded or charged-back acquisitions do not qualify. Reviews occur at 00:00 UTC on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Tier changes affect future referrals only. Each referral’s rate is fixed at its first eligible successful subscription payment and continues on later eligible payments while the referred subscription remains active.

Eligible revenue is collected subscription revenue after discounts, reduced by applicable refunds, credit notes, and chargebacks. Taxes, wallet deposits or spending, skip-trace funds, purchased credits, and other non-subscription charges do not earn commission. A mixed invoice earns only on its eligible subscription portion. An annual payment is counted once at its actual eligible amount; it is never multiplied by twelve. Unpaid, failed, void, zero-value, and otherwise ineligible payments do not generate commission.

For example, $100 of eligible net subscription revenue generates $25 at the standard tier or $30 at the performance tier before any later adjustment. Earnings depend on actual qualifying customer payments; no minimum earnings or results are guaranteed.

4 Holding period and available balance

Earnings are subject to a 45-day hold and payment verification before they can become available. The end of the hold is not a guaranteed payment date. Missing payment evidence, unresolved refunds or disputes, and other financial discrepancies may keep earnings under review.

DealWorthIt shows an in-app notification when an available balance is recorded. The Rewards page shows the currently available amount. Balances may change as payments and adjustments are verified, and the amount is checked again when you submit a request.

Earnings are not automatically withdrawn or converted into subscription credit. You choose how to use your available balance.

5 Choosing cash or subscription credit

From the Rewards page, you may request a cash withdrawal or credit toward your next DealWorthIt subscription invoice. Both choices require staff approval. A request reserves the displayed available balance so the same earnings cannot be used twice.

The minimum cash request is $50 of available net earnings. The minimum subscription-credit request is $1. Closing cash payouts after leaving the program have no minimum, including later payments as existing earnings mature. Balances below a minimum remain yours and do not automatically expire.

DealWorthIt charges no withdrawal or redemption fee and covers normal domestic payout-provider fees. A recipient bank or currency-conversion service may impose its own charges; staff will disclose known charges before you proceed.

Only one reward request may be in progress at a time. Approval, processing, and completion are separate stages. An approval alone does not mean that money has been sent or subscription credit has been applied.

If an unsent request is declined, its reserved earnings become available again to the extent they remain eligible. Contact support if you need to change the method on an outstanding request.

6 Manual cash payouts

After a cash request is approved, staff arrange the payout with you and send it manually through Stripe bank payouts or PayPal Payouts, subject to provider and recipient eligibility and availability. Staff confirm the available method with you before approval. A staff member other than the approver claims responsibility for sending the payment. DealWorthIt does not automatically send cash when a request is approved.

You must provide accurate recipient and payout details through the process staff specify. A payout may require identity or other information requested by the provider or applicable law. Do not send passwords or account login credentials to staff.

Staff record the provider, transaction reference, exact USD amount, and confirmation that the full payment was completed. Your request history shows its status. We review complete requests within 3 business days and send approved cash within 5 business days after approval. Provider delivery takes additional time. Business days for these service targets are Monday through Friday; banking holidays may delay provider delivery. Missing tax or recipient information must be completed before approval. If delayed, we explain the reason and provide updates at least every 7 calendar days until resolved.

An uncertain or pending provider outcome keeps the earnings reserved while staff verify the result. Staff will not send a duplicate payment merely because confirmation is delayed. If staff verify that no money was sent, they may record that fact and release the reservation. A recorded payment with a financial discrepancy remains under review.

7 Subscription credits

Choosing subscription credit authorizes DealWorthIt to apply the approved amount to your own billing account to reduce a future DealWorthIt subscription invoice. A billing account must exist before the credit can be applied. A free account without a billing account may choose cash instead.

We apply approved subscription credits within 2 business days after approval. The 45-day earnings hold and payment checks occur before a request can be made. A current W-9 must be verified before approval of cash or credit.

An applied subscription credit is not a cash withdrawal and cannot be requested again from the same referral earnings. If an attempted credit has an uncertain outcome, the funds remain reserved until the billing provider’s records can be checked.

Your subscription and any charges not covered by an applied credit remain subject to DealWorthIt’s Terms of Purchase. This program does not automatically start or renew a subscription for you.

8 Refunds, disputes, and corrections

Refunds, disputes, credit notes, fraud findings, and billing corrections can reduce or reverse earnings. If an adjustment arrives after a reward has been paid or credited, it may offset future earnings. A previously displayed or approved balance is therefore subject to verification and correction.

Raise a referral, balance, or payment dispute through support within 60 days of the relevant statement or decision, identifying the record and the reason. We acknowledge it within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 15 business days. If more time is needed, we explain why and provide updates at least every 7 calendar days. These deadlines do not limit mandatory legal rights or exclude errors that could not reasonably have been discovered in time.

DealWorthIt retains payment confirmations and request history when a discrepancy is discovered. A payment already recorded as sent will not simply be treated as unsent to make those funds available again. Contact support if you believe a referral, balance, or payment record is incorrect.

9 Honest promotion and disclosure

Clearly disclose your financial relationship with DealWorthIt wherever you promote it using a referral link. Put the disclosure close to the recommendation or link where people will notice it before acting. Do not rely only on a disclosure hidden in a profile, footer, or separate terms page.

For example: “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my DealWorthIt referral link.” Use a disclosure appropriate to the format and language of your promotion, and follow applicable advertising and endorsement rules.

Make truthful statements based on your actual experience. Do not promise investment returns, guaranteed savings, guaranteed program earnings, or features DealWorthIt does not offer. Do not send spam, impersonate DealWorthIt, use deceptive redirects or tracking, or infringe another party’s rights.

You participate independently. Approval does not make you an employee, agent, legal partner, or representative authorized to bind DealWorthIt. The Affiliate Program does not grant white-label rights.

10 Account standing and updated terms

DealWorthIt may review, suspend, or end participation for inaccurate information, prohibited referrals, misleading promotion, abuse, or failure to meet these terms. Suspension or rejection prevents access to affiliate tools. Ineligible earnings are not payable.

If a new version of these terms requires acceptance, new referrals pause until you accept the current version. Existing eligible referrals retain their assigned rate and continue earning. Previously recorded earnings remain subject to the applicable hold, verification, adjustment, and settlement rules; a request to accept updated terms does not by itself erase them.

Changes to the program will be communicated through the website or your account. The version accepted with your application or later acceptance is recorded. You may leave through the Rewards page or contact support. Cancelling your subscription does not itself end your participation. Voluntary departure stops new referrals; qualifying customers already attributed to you continue earning on eligible subscription payments at their assigned rates while those subscriptions remain active. Those existing earning periods do not require acceptance of later terms solely because you have left. Holds, refunds, verification, and adjustments still apply.

11 Currency, taxes, and account information

Leaving or closing your account does not automatically forfeit or expire legitimate unpaid earnings. Contact support to verify identity and arrange outstanding cash payments after account closure; the normal cash minimum is waived. Later-maturing eligible earnings remain payable. Fraud investigations may hold implicated earnings, but unrelated legitimate earnings are not automatically confiscated. Legally required unclaimed-property rules still apply.

The cash and subscription-credit request workflow described here operates in US dollars. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your referral earnings and for supplying accurate information needed for lawful payment and reporting.

Before the first cash payment or subscription-credit redemption, provide a current Form W-9 through the secure collection process specified by support. Staff verify the form before approving payment or credit. Do not send tax identifiers or tax documents in ordinary email, request notes, or public messages. Update the form when necessary. DealWorthIt handles any required withholding and tax reporting under applicable rules; payment-provider reporting does not automatically replace our obligations. Subscription credits are not automatically tax-free.

Account and payout information is handled under DealWorthIt’s Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the payout provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Only supply payout information through the process agreed with staff.
