Job Description: DealWorthIt is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commission-Based Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by promoting and selling our innovative real estate investment software.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate Sales Leads: Identify and qualify potential clients interested in DealWorthIt through various channels, including networking, outreach, and market research.

  2. Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of DealWorthIt to prospective clients.

  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

  4. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of DealWorthIt.

  5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.

  6. Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position DealWorthIt in the market.

  7. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the software or real estate industry.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  5. Familiarity with real estate investment concepts is a plus.

 

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with attractive incentives and the potential for high earnings based on achieved sales targets.
